Rosanna Fire Station Community House (RFSCH) was established in 1988. Earlier that year, the Heidelberg Council had commissioned a Needs Study because of concerns that the population in the northern section of the municipality was growing and requests for community support and services were increasing. Following the recommendation of the study, this Community House was established – originally called Viewbank Neighbourhood House situated at Nevin Parade, Viewbank – now at the the former Rosanna Fire Station. Now it is a heritage listed building.

RFSCH offers a variety of activities, workshops, events and services to its local and wider community.
