Pay it Forward Coffee / Meal Program in partnership with the Social Brew Coffee Bar in Rosanna

In partnership with the “Social Brew Coffee Bar” located at 75 Turnham Avenue, Rosanna, we are running a “Pay it Forward” program that allows you (and us) to give back to our community by paying forward a coffee or meal for someone less fortunate.

To Pay it Forward simply donate $4.00 for a coffee of $10.00 for a meal for someone less fortunate by:

  1. Placing the donated money into the Donation Box at the Reception Office.
  2. Pinning one of the coffee stickers on to the cork board (located at the Reception Office).

The stickers will be given to the “Social Brew Coffee Bar” and placed on their “Pay it Forward” board for anyone who is in need who can exchange the sticker for a coffee or a meal.

You can also donate online via our website via the “buy me a Coffee” icon.

We thank you in advance for your generosity and kindness. Rosanna Fire Station Community House and @social.brew.coffee

Aussie Bread Tags

Aussie Bread Tags for Wheelchairs

We are now a collection point for PLASTIC Bread tags. Collect them at home and bring them to us. Tell your friends and family too. We would really appreciate your help with this.
There will be a jar at reception, in the main kitchen and at the front door.
The tags will be sent to Aussie Bread Tags for Wheelchairs .
Transmutation, is the recycler who buys them. The money goes towards purchasing wheelchairs for the needy in South Africa.
Transmutation uses the bread tags to create products that they sell through their website and retail outlet in Robe, South Australia.
There is a video link on their website which shows the process of turning bread tags into bowls. There is also a link to the story the 7:30 Report did on this in 2021, its worth a look. Aussie Bread Tags for Wheelchairs #transmutationrobe

Visited for my flu vaccination. Very fast service with no waiting at all. Nurses were very friendly and professional. A great asset and service to the local community

Nicki - Merri Outreach Support Service

I would like to thank you for the support you provided when we ran the pop-up vaccination clinic at Rosanna Fire Station Community House.

You were extremely helpful and went out of your way to assist us by distributing flyers and organising a room where the vaccination clinic could be held.

The program has been very successful in reaching vulnerable and vaccine hesitant people in the community.

Thank you again for your support it was very much appreciated.

I have found all the workshops i have attended of a very high standard. Hoping to be fit enough to get back soon. Always a very welcoming atmosphere at the house and beautiful people in the classes.

Great group of people and very skilled and welcoming teacher.

This is the best yoga class I’ve tried. There is no pretense or competition. Divya is knowledgeable and a calming guide.

It is interesting because we go different places every week during the term. Love the excursions a couple of times a year. The pace of walking is perfect for me, and people are friendly and easy to talk to. I am very relaxed and enjoy their friendship. this program is very well done, and I have been recommending it to friends.

Carly

“The childcare is fantastic for my son he absolutely loves attending and always comes home saying or doing something new. Would definitely recommend and prices are good and very flexible”.

Justin

“Loving Mum and Bubs Pilates!”

Linda

“Warm and welcoming place.”
